Susi Geiger

I am a Full Professor of Marketing & Market Studies at University College Dublin. Understanding how complex markets are organised and how they may work better for the common good is my passion, both in my academic and in my advocacy work. My current European Research Council (ERC) Consolidator Grant on collaborative market innovation and organisation in healthcare combines my theoretical and practical ambitions by investigating how stakeholders may tackle market failures in healthcare and how they may work together for markets that are more responsive to the collective good. A recent publication from this project is the edited book Healthcare Activism: Markets, Morals and the Collective Good (2021, Oxford University Press).
