Vincent Manzerolle is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication, Media and Film at the University of Windsor. His teaching and research focuses on the political economy of media and information technologies. He is the co-editor of two books, The Audience Commodity in a Digital Age (Peter Lang, 2014) and Mobile and Ubiquitous Media (Peter Lang, 2018). His current book project for Routledge focuses on examining and historicizing the role of “always on” connectivity in the organization and management of modern workforces. He has also published on a range of topics including consumer databases, social media, apps, smartphones, payment technologies, music streaming, and digital infrastructure.
